A WooCommerce store is not just a product catalog and a checkout button. It’s a payment stack, a fulfillment pipeline, a transactional email system, a legal compliance layer, and a technical SEO foundation — all of which need to work together before you can take a real order. We build all of it, in the right order, and verify every step before handing off.
What’s Included in Every Build
Every FLW WooCommerce build covers the full stack from design to post-launch verification:
- Theme configuration and global design system
- Header, footer, and navigation
- Product catalog import (CSV, images, descriptions, variations)
- Category structure and collection pages
- WooCommerce checkout, cart, and tax configuration
- Shipping zones and rate setup
- Payment gateway integration and end-to-end testing
- Webhook handler verification
- Transactional email setup (Mailgun or Postmark)
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS configuration
- ShipStation or fulfillment service integration
- Legal pages: terms, privacy policy, compliance
- Rank Math SEO setup for all pages and products
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
- GA4 with e-commerce purchase event tracking
- Mobile QA on real devices before launch
Our Plugin Stack
We use a curated, proven plugin stack on every build — not whatever happens to be trending:
- Kadence Theme + Kadence Blocks — performance-first, full-site editing, no page builder bloat
- Rank Math SEO — schema markup, focus keywords, sitemap, and GSC integration
- LiteSpeed Cache — full-page caching, image optimization, Core Web Vitals improvement
- Wordfence — WAF, malware scanning, login protection
- WP Mail SMTP + Mailgun, Postmark, Brevo, or equivalent — authenticated transactional email
- ShipStation for WooCommerce — fulfillment bridge with status sync back to WC
- WooCommerce Payments, Stripe — standard gateway setup and configuration
- Custom gateway plugins — such as Tagada, CLKK, or equivalent — configured for high-risk, ACH, or non-standard processors
Payment Stack Integration Is a Core Deliverable, Not an Add-On
Payment integration is where most WooCommerce projects stall or fail. We’ve configured multiple payment stacks in production — ACH processors, card-alternative gateways, PayPal/Venmo, and payment masking solutions. Every payment integration we deliver includes webhook handler configuration, order status flow testing, and a full end-to-end transaction test before launch.
If your payment situation is more complicated than Stripe, that’s not a problem for us. It’s exactly what we do.
What Makes a Build “Done”
We don’t consider a build done when the last page is uploaded. A build is done when:
- A real test transaction has been placed, processed, webhook-confirmed, and the order has triggered a fulfillment notification and a transactional email
- The site scores passing Core Web Vitals on mobile
- All products have focus keywords, alt text, and a solid Rank Math score
- Google Search Console is verified and the sitemap is submitted
- Every nav link and footer link resolves to a 200
- Legal pages are live, accurate, and linked from footer and checkout
Timeline and Pricing
A full build from kickoff to launch typically runs 4–8 weeks, depending on product catalog size, content readiness, and payment processor approval timelines (which are outside our control). We quote flat-rate projects — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. Scope is defined before work begins.
We start every engagement with a free audit of your current setup or a discovery call to scope the project before quoting anything.
Built in Production

- Transactional email authenticated with Mailgun, Postmark, and Brevo — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verified against real orders before launch
- ShipStation fulfillment with order status sync back to WooCommerce order management
- 72+ SKUs cataloged — CSV import, image optimization, category structure, and Rank Math optimization on every product
- Full legal infrastructure: terms of sale, privacy policy, compliance pages, and disclosure pages where required
- GA4 purchase event tracking and Google Search Console verification completed before handoff on every build
