Animated case-study cut. Palette, chrome and scenes from the project spec; every cue timed to the measured word starts of the voiceover.

Forest green against cream,
wide confident type, and the actual room behind every word.
The racks, the windows, the light.
This business sells atmosphere,
and you cannot sell atmosphere with stock photography.
The owner had been paying a template platform every month for a site she could not fully customize,
that did not fit what she actually offers.
So I rebuilt it by hand.
Every page shaped around the business instead of bent to fit somebody else's idea of what a business looks like.
It came out better: ninety eight out of a hundred for speed on a computer,
a perfect hundred for search,
zero layout shift on a phone,
and a perfect hundred for accessibility on both.
That last one matters more than it sounds.
Accessibility is design quality.
The same decisions that make a site work for somebody using a screen reader make it clearer for everybody else.
And she owns it now.
Static files on a global network,
published from a repository she controls.
Hosting costs a few dollars a month.
No license to renew, nothing that expires,
and changing a price does not require a subscription tier.
Over a few years that difference is not small.
If you are paying every month for a website you cannot fully change,
this is the exact case.
I do the migration, keep every existing address working so nothing you have earned in search is lost,
and hand you something no platform can price change out from under you.
