Professionally

I’m Hayden Martz, founder of FLW [DIGITAL] LABS, based in Maine. I let business owners focus on what they do best while I build the whole digital stack — websites, e-commerce stores, payment gateways, and the systems running behind them. Start to finish.

I spent 25+ years in the car business, starting at 16 and working up through sales, finance, and management while earning a degree in Management Information Systems from Liberty University (graduating with a 4.0). For years I managed other people’s businesses as if they were my own — I wasn’t watching from the outside, I was responsible for the numbers and the results. And while I ran businesses for others, I was quietly building my own. So I build the way I’d want it built for my own business, because I know what it’s like to not have someone who understands your situation and actually has a solution.

I got my start in web development and network administration through Martz Consulting — working with doctors, boat companies, nonprofits, insurance offices, and more — before going all-in on digital.

Today I pair that real-world experience with modern, AI-assisted development. A lot of people fear AI or write it off as a gimmick — I’ve chosen to do neither. I use its speed and processing power, grounded in real-world experience, to deliver better work, faster.

Personally

Away from work, family comes first — I’m a husband and father of three, living in Maine with my wife, Sandra. I’m also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and I own and operate Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Flow Sub Only here in Maine. When I get a free moment, you’ll find me at the lake or out mountain biking.
