The Problem

Specialty merchant categories face a problem most agencies won’t acknowledge: standard payment processors won’t take you, and most developers won’t navigate the stack required to get you live. The build still needs to happen — payment configuration, compliance architecture, email deliverability, and SEO foundation — with the same rigor as any other e-commerce store.

What We Built

  • Full WooCommerce build on Hostinger with Kadence Theme + Kadence Blocks
  • 72+ SKU catalog — CSV import, image optimization, Rank Math SEO on every product
  • 3-processor payment stack: ACH processor, card-alternative gateway, and Zelle/BACS
  • Transactional email via Mailgun (primary) + Postmark (backup) — SPF, DKIM, DMARC verified against real orders
  • ShipStation fulfillment integration with order status sync back to WooCommerce
  • Full legal infrastructure: terms, privacy policy, compliance, and RUO disclosure pages
  • GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow, and Microsoft Clarity

Key Decisions

Payment stack was scoped before design started. Processor approval timelines are outside our control — building the store while underwriting runs keeps the launch date intact. Every processor was tested end-to-end before handoff.

Email deliverability was treated as infrastructure, not an afterthought. Primary and backup senders configured from day one, with DNS authentication records verified against real orders before the site went live.

The Problem

Automotive dealerships pay thousands per month for CRM platforms that are overbuilt, poorly supported, and not built around how independent dealers actually work. The alternative was a purpose-built tool that fits the real workflow — owned outright, deployed under a custom subdomain per client, and maintained with a single push.

What We Built

  • Python / Flask web application with SQLite backend
  • Lead pipeline: Active, Pending, Lost, Sold, WishList, Co-Signer statuses
  • ADM/ADF lead parser — 7 form types ingested via Cloudflare Worker
  • DMS inventory sync (automated daily)
  • Automated follow-up cadence tied to lead date
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD — auto-deploys on every push (~30 seconds)
  • Multi-instance architecture — white-label ready

Key Decisions

No third-party CRM subscription. No monthly license fee. The entire platform is owned outright and costs nothing to run beyond hosting.

ADM/ADF lead ingestion routes through a Cloudflare Worker that parses the XML and posts directly to the CRM — handling the format that automotive marketing platforms output natively, with zero manual entry.
